Hi, I’m Katherine.
If you don’t already know me, I’m a mom of two toddlers and a Virtual Assistant Coach. I love showing moms how to live out their dreams of being present with their children, while making consistent income as a Virtual Assistant.
For the past 3 years, I have been a Virtual Assistant, but when the pandemic hit in March 2020, the demand for Virtual Assistants increased. I began training my mom friends to be Virtual Assistants and placing them with clients. I realized with so many women being forced to leave the workforce and financial insecurity increasing, I could help coach moms on how to be Virtual Assistants and make a consistent monthly income while being home.
I work exclusively coaching moms on how to prepare their resume, increase their skill set, determine their niche, and land a client. My background is project management and consulting. I have a Master of Business Administration degree and earned my undergraduate degree in Business Management.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this course if I live overseas?
Yes! I haven’t used this abroad, but I can’t imagine clients being much different than what I’ve worked with in the States.
Do you match clients with VAs?
Right now, my focus is coaching moms to be Virtual Assistants. My goal is to train them and teach them how to find clients.
How do you set limits on what’s within your “typical” task list of a VA?
In the beginning, you can talk with your prospective client about what’s in scope. Your client will more than likely have a list of things they need help with. As you gain trust with your client, your scope may increase, if you are ever not comfortable with a task, talk with your client. You can’t over communicate. Communication is key to a successful VA/client relationship.
How long will it take to find a client?
This depends on how many prospective clients you reach out to. The more prospective clients that you reach out to, the more you not only increase your chances of one of them saying “Yes, I need a VA!” but you also increase your chances of how quickly you start billing out.
